Website Privacy Notice

Updated October 14, 2026. This notice explains information collected through Dr. Kelly Robertson ND’s website. It does not replace the clinic’s policies for clinical records or the privacy notices of its booking providers.

Website inquiries

The contact form collects the name, email address, selected inquiry category and message you choose to provide. These details are stored in the website’s WordPress form system and emailed to Dr. Kelly Robertson’s designated clinic contact address so she can respond. Please do not include detailed medical histories, identification numbers or other sensitive records in a website inquiry. The form is not for emergencies.

Clinic updates

If you subscribe to clinic updates, the website records your submitted contact information and consent. Signing up is optional and separate from sending an inquiry. You can ask to withdraw your subscription by contacting Dr. Kelly Robertson. Subscriptions are currently stored on the website; no external newsletter platform is connected.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

You can choose Website analytics and, separately, Advertising measurement in Cookie settings. Both are optional. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect contact forms or booking links. Advertising measurement requires website analytics; choosing Analytics only does not enable advertising measurement. An earlier analytics-only choice is not permission for advertising measurement.

When you allow website analytics, Google Analytics receives generic approved page information and actions such as a successful saved inquiry, newsletter signup, or a click on a booking, phone or email link. A saved inquiry is not a booked appointment, and a booking click is not confirmation that an appointment was booked.

If you also allow advertising measurement, Google ad-click identifiers and measurement cookies may associate an ad click with your website visit and subsequent actions, including a saved inquiry. Analytics may share the relevant conversion measurement with Google Ads. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. This website does not use this information for personalized ads or remarketing.

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry contents, selected services and appointment details are not included in our measurement events. Page titles and paths are restricted to generic approved pages, referrers are blanked, and arbitrary query strings and fragments are excluded. Only supported ad-click identifier parameters may be retained for Google measurement after the separate advertising choice. The website does not add those identifiers to Jane booking links or save them in inquiry entries.

Google signals, advertising personalization, enhanced conversions and user-provided-data collection are disabled. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days. Google advertising-measurement cookies may also be used when you opt in. Preferences are remembered in this browser for up to 180 days, and an advertising choice cannot outlast the analytics choice it accompanies.

You can withdraw either choice using Cookie settings. Reject optional stops new measurement events from this integration and removes its accessible first-party analytics and advertising-measurement cookies. Withdrawal does not recall information already sent to Google. The integration also respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Analytics user-level and event-level retention are set to two months without extending user retention on new activity. Most aggregated reports are not subject to those retention settings.

Google may process technical information, such as device information and approximate location derived from an IP address, in accordance with its own practices. Information may be processed outside Canada. See Google’s privacy policy. The private preview uses a separate test property rather than the production property’s visitor reports.

Essential website functions

The website uses essential security and form-processing functions. Authorized preview access and administrator sign-in use necessary cookies. Server logs may record technical request information for operation, security and troubleshooting. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable these necessary functions.

Booking and external websites

Booking links open an external Jane booking service. Appointment information entered there is handled by that service and the relevant clinic, not by this website’s measurement integration. External websites have their own privacy notices.
